Updated Tanner Place Emergency Preparedness Plan
In December 2015, the Tanner Place Board reviewed the Emergency Preparedness Plan and made updates. You can find the updated version on the Documents page in three parts (split up due to the large file size):
Bikes at Tanner Place - Registration & Storage Etiquette
As of February 2015, there is a new Bicycle Registration Policy asking homeowners and residents to register their bike(s) with Multi-Services (MSI) to ensure that bikes stored in the garage belong to someone in the building. This will help MSI identify abandoned bikes to be donated, freeing up space in existing bike storage areas. The policy and permit registration form is accessible here. Additionally, MSI has published Bicycle Storage Etiquette for owners and residents to reference.
Updated Rules & Regulations for Tanner Place
The Tanner Place Board of Directors updated the Tanner Place HOA Rules & Regulations in January 2015. Homeowners and residents with access to the password-protected portion of this site can view them on the Documents page.
Tanner Place Board's Emergency Planning Committee has put together a list of emergency preparedness suggestions and resources for homeowners to review and use here.
The Tanner Place Board of Directors wants to hear from you! We have a Web-based Suggestion Form you can use to send your ideas, thoughts and suggestions to the HOA leadership. The form can also be accessed from the column on the left under the link to the Concern Form.
So, if you have suggestions to make Tanner an even better place to live for its residents, please let us know! (Note: if you have issues with your unit, the building, residents or commerical tenants, please continue to use the Concern Form that you can download here, or pick up a printed form in the trash room of each floor.)
